Waiting 2 weeks to have a thermostat replaced was earth shattering to me. Shuttle service, or, pick up and deliver service was not offered. Nice folk but not a contender for "service of the year". Everything went as fine as it could considering dealing with a broken car is a major hassle. But it all seems to have gotten taken care of and though the service department was actually closed on Saturday with a broken car is a major hassle.
