We went in to have an oil change, inspection, and a few other issues looked at. The work was completed quickly and the team was very helpful. We received information for repairs on items we asked about. It other issues looked at. The work was completed quickly and the team was very helpful. Totally dissatisfied. Made an on line appt. Called to verify. Was not available. You scheduled me for another day. When I arrived, the appt had not been documented. I dro Made an on line appt. Asked twice to have the engine air filter changed. It was not done. No sticker was placed on the window as reference for the next recommended oil change. More
