Maybe you could improve your turn around time! I took my car in on Tuesesday didn’t get it back till Monday! It was very inconvenient to be with out a a car for a week. I'm new to Bowie and needed regular service for my 2019 Grand Cherokee (the first oil change/tire rotation). My doctor is suspicious of some heart problems and I have orders to stay off my feet as much as Grand Cherokee (the first oil change/tire rotation). My doctor is suspicious of some heart problems and I have orders to stay off my feet as much as possible....even keep my legs elevated if I can. I am an old man! I didn't burden Mark with my problems but he did tell me 1 hour would be required for the service. It was 50 minutes! The lady on the other side of the plexiglass for payment was pleasant, and I even got escorted to my Jeep in a crowded service area. Classic of Denton is nice but I live in Bowie now and I'm blessed to be associated with Patterson of Bowie. More
