Didn’t fix the problem Took our Jeep Cherokee (2018) in for a service shifter message on the dash. They kept it over the weekend and called on Tuesday saying it was ready to Took our Jeep Cherokee (2018) in for a service shifter message on the dash. Pleasant Patterson of Bowie staff is friendly and helpful! Sometimes the wait time can be long, however this past visit was only about an hour. Excellent and professional I had a flat on left rear and discovered I did not have the lug key. The other dealer I bought my Ram from used never gave me a lug key so I was not a I had a flat on left rear and discovered I did not have the lug key. The other dealer I bought my Ram from used never gave me a lug key so I was not able to change the tire. The truck was towed from my home to Patterson the evening before. Mark Ramsay stayed in contact with me and provided a reasonable estimate for two new tires and removing the remaking three keyed lugs. My vehicle was ready as promised late afternoon and all service was performed correctly. More
