Worst Dealership experience ever. Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put Truck was in 3 times for transmission problems and each time I was told nothing was wrong with it even though there have been MULTIPLE bulletins put out concerning the many problems with the Ford 10 Speed transmission. Less than 3k miles after the last visit to Hooks, I was told by another dealership I needed a new transmission. At that point I was 110 miles over the warranty and Hooks took no responsibility in the matter. Horrible service, horrible clerical/paperwork in service and even worse integrity. More

Made reservations for oil change and spark plug replacement online brought truck in, service representative was expecting me. Indicated they wouldn’t be able to do spark plug replacement. Left truc replacement online brought truck in, service representative was expecting me. Indicated they wouldn’t be able to do spark plug replacement. Left truck with them and picked it up about an hour later. Will have to schedule spark plug replacement for later. More
