I purchased a new auto from them less than a year ago and.bought what we've thought was every extended warranty available.... at 24k miles my tires started going bald. When I got there I was told that I needed an alignment at 12k miles and rotation every 3 months in order for them to honor the warranty....I should have read all the fine print even off the website... I am looking for another car, but I won't be purchasing there. More

We had an appt for 10:00. We were there about ten minutes early. Took our car right in. We were there until 11:30. Just got an oil change, no tire rotation. At 11:00 my husband noticed that they were just then doing the oil change. Why make an appt? We love our Santa Fe and go to this service center because we know they check everything out. Just wish they were alittle faster. Maybe make fewer appts!? More

I was told it would be an hour and fifteen minutes, I waited an hour and a half before I called. I was then told I would receive a call in 3-5 minutes, which I never received. I had to call again, and by waited an hour and a half before I called. I was then told I would receive a call in 3-5 minutes, which I never received. In total, I waited well over two hours with little to no communication until I took it upon myself to walk in and speak face to face. I don’t think it was the service advisor’s fault, as I heard him mention being pulled into a meeting and such. Either way, unprofessional and ridiculously late. More
