This is my first visit to Gainesville Hyundai after a bad experience at another dealership. Benji got me checked in quickly and took care of my car, much faster than I had experienced at the other dealership experience at another dealership. You get greeted when you walk in, Everyone was very helpful especially Sam who stepped in when Joe was off and sold me my Tucson! Sam was very knowledgeable about setup of car features ( and very patie helpful especially Sam who stepped in when Joe was off and sold me my Tucson! Sam was very knowledgeable about setup of car features ( and very patient) He took me to service to meet Benji and setup first service and Benji quickly handled a minor flaw on exterior of car.
