You had the vehicle from 10-16-23 until 11-10-2023 and all that was done was a one hour diagnostic and did not figure out the reason it was brought to begin with and then wanted to charge me $360 labor an all that was done was a one hour diagnostic and did not figure out the reason it was brought to begin with and then wanted to charge me $360 labor and over $4000 to replace a sensor that was not bad yet according to the tech, he just recommended I change it. Now I will say I didn’t call back until 10-18 to check it in so you can say a day or two was my fault. Then the following Wednesday on 10-25 and it was not even looked at yet after I was told it would be checked on 10-16 or maybe 10-17. I waited until 11-08-23 to call again and was told what they found and Benji said he should have called me yesterday. The only call I ever received from them was to ask what was wrong with the car. I had already told them when I called on 10-10 and again when they called again on 10-26 when I was asked what was wrong with it so he could explain to the tech. This was Benji who I had already explained the issue to twice previously. Did he not take any notes? It was a terrible experience and I doubt I will ever use this dealership again. More
