I have been a customer for almost 15 years, so you're doing something right. Austyn was great. Antonella was great. The service department is as well.The practice of calling, emailing and texting to turn doing something right. Austyn was great. Antonella was great. The service department is as well.The practice of calling, emailing and texting to turn in my leased vehicle 18 months into a 36 month lease is annoying. Also annoying are the constant emails and texts to fill out surveys to rate Baron Nissan. I have my car 5 days and I've gotten 3 emails and a text! More
