The service advisor, Katherine, was very welcoming and pleasant. She arraigned for a shuttle quickly and was prompt in getting a ride back to the service bay. I dealt with Bob Frederick. I ordered my Charger Redeye Jailbreak back in March of 2022. In October 2022 Bobby called me and said Dodge wasn’t going to build it due to the 2023 I ordered my Charger Redeye Jailbreak back in March of 2022. In October 2022 Bobby called me and said Dodge wasn’t going to build it due to the 2023 model cars being built, and I had not been issued a VIN number yet. So Bob had an allocation for a Charger Hellcat Jailbreak so I took it because I didn’t want to miss out. It’s my retirement present to myself. Bob did an amazing job keeping me up to date on everything having to do with my car. I’m very happy with Bob Frederick and Julie Henneman for everything that they did to make this deal happen.
