I had to go back several times for the same issue. When I thought it would be a 3-4 hour job, it took multiple days and trips. The last time I was there, the technician took it upon themselves to change my oil and use my last free oil change when I had to requested this to be done and I did not receive a phone call to okay the oil change. When I noticed this after I left the dealership, I immediately called and they granted me another free oil change. More

Have been bringing all my personal and company vehicles there. On the last visit I wanted to see what repairs would cost on my one van with high mileage which it was too expensive to fix for what it’s wort there. On the last visit I wanted to see what repairs would cost on my one van with high mileage which it was too expensive to fix for what it’s worth, they also stated and charged me for an oil change. I took the van to a smaller shop to get a second opinion. This shop also stated that it needed an oil change and it was barely on the stick. So I checked it myself and found black oil barely on the end of the oil stick. Charged 40 dollars for an oil change that never happened More
