A different dealership service center (Mazda of Wesley Chapel) wrecked havoc on my car during a simp Kuhn Mazda saved my car from dealership disaster. A different dealership service center (Mazda of Wesley Chapel) wrecked havoc on my car during a simple warranty repair, leaving a giant mess to be fixed and it had me very, very worried. I took it to Kuhn Mazda and they were nothing short of amazing. Ryan, the service writer, took a look at my car promptly at the time of my appointment. He has a really good eye; he already took note of several of the problems that needed to be solved. Ryan went out of his way to thoroughly understand the state of my car, what happened, and what to do next. He also personally followed its progress throughout the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way. Ryan also introduced me to Tim, the technician that was assigned to my repair. As soon as I met him, I could already tell that he was very, very good at what he does. Within minutes, he already took my car for a test drive and already had it ready to for work in a service bay. When I got the car back, I was impressed with the quality of the work. It's absolutely immaculate. This is coming from someone who usually does his own work on his own car with a high level of obsessive compulsive attention to detail. To be completely honest, Ryan and Tim restored my faith in Mazda as a brand. They went above and beyond. For posterity, I thought the world should know that Kuhn Mazda petitioned Mazda North America Operations to do a very expensive repair on my vehicle, simply because it was the right thing to do, rather than cutting corners, even though they were not at fault. Kuhn Mazda and Mazda Corporate (MNAO) authorized roughly ten thousand dollars in repairs on my vehicle, at absolutely no expense to me. All of this was done within 72 hours. WOW! Good job, guys. You've made a loyal customer out of me. More
