after I bought a new car they spent hours trying to sell me a warranty package that was unnecessary and cost extra. The service department is the worst I've ever encountered in 15 plus years of car buying! me a warranty package that was unnecessary and cost extra. Every time I bring the car in for any work it is a Huge hassle (by design) and they refuse to wash my new car after the work is done. My family has bought 4 new cars from lake Geneva tm in the past 5 years and I will never buy car from there again! Avoid these liars at all costs!!! More
