The service department at the Kunes in Lake Geneva go above and beyond. I have never had anything short of an ideal experience there. It's the only place I will take my vehicles for service. I would have liked to have seen an estimate for services. Maybe it was shown when I was directed to sign here and here and here… Seems kind of pricey for an oil change, tire rotation and new cabin air filt Maybe it was shown when I was directed to sign here and here and here… Seems kind of pricey for an oil change, tire rotation and new cabin air filter to cost $250. Also took over 2 hours of waiting and I was first appointment. Should be pretty routine. I could probably do better at a Jiffy Lube. More
