I had purchased an SUV about 11 months ago from Steven who is awesome, had a 50k service performed and I was unhappy with the service. After speaking with the service department, Adam the GM overheard my who is awesome, had a 50k service performed and I was unhappy with the service. After speaking with the service department, Adam the GM overheard my concerns. After going over the concerns the guys in back Bob, John, Brian and a young technician went above and beyond to ease my concerns and will always recommend this dealership for anything. Kyle More

Came to Lake Geneva from Madison to enjoy a boat trip around the lake. It was an awesome trip, but only to find my right front tire very low on air when we returned to the truck. Googled GMC and this d around the lake. It was an awesome trip, but only to find my right front tire very low on air when we returned to the truck. Googled GMC and this dealership was just around the corner. I was met at the door by Ryan, what a super nice guy. When I told him my situation, he took our truck and pulled it into their service area. Shortly thereafter, Robert gave us the news that our tire could not be repaired, but they would put my spare on. Within 30 minutes, I was off to Madison. There customer services far exceeded my expectations. Good job to the team at Kunes Lake Geneva. More

I am so impressed by Kunes Lake Geneva! I feel like I am treated like family. No matter how large or small my service call may be, I am treated with prompt service and respect. It’s impo I feel like I am treated like family. No matter how large or small my service call may be, I am treated with prompt service and respect. It’s important to feel that you can trust your vehicle to be properly cared for by professionals when you know you’ll be on the road with your loved ones. Bob in service knowing that I had a road trip with a car full of teenagers ahead of me, got my car in immediately with no questions asked, took care of my situation, stayed late at the shop, and finished up all repairs and paperwork to assure me I had a safe and reliable vehicle to drive. A few weeks ago, I called Kunes and then stopped in. I needed a front license plate bracket since moving to Wisconsin. Joe in service had the service department order the bracket while I was there. I’ve never heard back about the part being delivered or a delay in delivering the part. No follow up at all! I had my car serviced a few months ago and it was a great experience. More

Fixed in a timely manner I needed work done but had a hard time explaining the noise!
