Hello. I am sorry to say how disappointed I am with our last visit. We simply came in to have a rear view camera reprogrammed, a replaced battery in the car, and an oil change. Left with nothing. We received none of our requests. We’re there twice as long as we were told. My wife waited for hours. Confusing me even more is the fact that you just programmed the camera a few months earlier? After all that my wife then was charged $121.00!! Up til this visit we have enjoyed bringing our business to you, however, unless something is done to make this right we will not be able to return with any further business at any Kunes. I hope that you take me seriously and save this customer. Thank you for your time.
