Within a couple of days of submitting my application and info, I had a phone call letting me know they found what I might like and within a matter of 24 hours I was driving home in my new vehicle. dishonest sales practice purchased a car (cash) from mt. Carroll location from Julie Rush. after communicating with her and mike over a 2 wk period, I grew trust in them and I purchased a car (cash) from mt. Carroll location from Julie Rush. after communicating with her and mike over a 2 wk period, I grew trust in them and I decided to buy the car and have it delivered to me in Belleville IL. BIG MISTAKE! they informed me the car needed back breaks and tie rod. ok, no prob. received the car and it had several big ticket items to fix. notified Robert Blake and they sent a check for half of the repairs. took the car back to my mechanic to start repairs and he discovered the entire undercarriage was rusted away. there is actually no place to jack the car up bc it just crumbles from the rust. he had to get a different jack to fix the brakes. took the car to my body repair shop and he said the frame was totally rusted away making it too dangerous to drive. called kunes again, and Dennis Cramer said " sorry, we can't help you" I have requested to talk to or meet with Greg kunes several times and was denied each time. requested a copy of their inspection on the car but they won't send it. Tony Wheatley offered to give me credit towards any car they have, but why would I want to do business with them again? btw, during the two wks of tele. conversations with Julie Rush, I asked her, amount other thing if there was any rust on the car and she said, oh no, there's no rust on the car, just clear cost peel. these ppl are very dishonest, and deceitful. they did not disclose this damage when I asked. I as m a disabled USAF vetetan, with 20 yrs of military service.
