Kunes Ford of East Moline provided top tier customer service to me, making my car buying experience smooth and pleasant. Being out-of-state during the process was a little worrisome but I worked with Mi service to me, making my car buying experience smooth and pleasant. Being out-of-state during the process was a little worrisome but I worked with Mitch who was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole deal. I also received support from JD & Travis who were very communicative as well. From getting extra pictures and videos of the car, to getting me the paper work, and even working through the shipping process Mitch was there every step of the way. Bought a truck online and Jeff was the one who helped me sent me pictures and video's answered all of my questions and was quick to respond. It was a 5 hour drive for me back home after I got it and he even sent me pictures and video's answered all of my questions and was quick to respond. I took my 2024 Lincoln Corsair in for a dead battery ond a electrical diagnostic testing. The diagnosis was that I did not drive the car on long enough start and stop times to give the battery a chance to a electrical diagnostic testing. The diagnosis was that I did not drive the car on long enough start and stop times to give the battery a chance to get recharged fully. They charge the battery fully sent me home and told me not to come back for a dead battery cuz Lincoln would not pay for it again. I feel the diagnosis was wrong and I'm going to take it to another dealer to be reevaluated. More
