I am having an issue with your service department. Truck is under Ron and Sue VanWatermeulen, we have a 2024 Ford 150 Truck with 3000 miles on it. 10-14-25 Took truck in for recall part and also Truck is under Ron and Sue VanWatermeulen, we have a 2024 Ford 150 Truck with 3000 miles on it. 10-14-25 Took truck in for recall part and also a powertrain malfunction. Was told it would be a couple days to get the powertrain malfunction part in. No phone call or anything 10-27-25 called multiple times to the service department with NO answer. Finally some nice gentleman answered and took all my information down and said he would have someone call by the end of the day of 10-27-25. Well guess what NO CALL - which is no surprise how your service teams seems to work 10-28-25 called AGAIN and a Jennifer in the service department answered the phone. Gave her all my information and she said could see a part was in and that Trina was my service person, that she was at lunch but as soon as she gets back she will have her call. 10-29-25 - No call from either day. Can someone please schedule my appointment so I can get my truck fixed and move on with life. I am not impressed with my service person at all. Finally 10-30 after I emailed the managers she called and scheduled my service. More

I had a great experience with Kunes. Andrew made it as easy as he could. He has reached out along with the sales manager and has solved any issues I've had. Peter Lohmann was and is such a helpful and polite person/salesman!!! I would work with him again in a heartbeat and the total experience was awesome! At first I was very satisfied with Kunes. But after reading the fine print and realizing I got stuck with a predatory loan, I am obviously no longer satisfied. I have come to realize that they use deceptive practices.. So much so that I am already $4,500 in negative equity on the vehicle before even making my first payment .. charged me over $1,000 for dealer add on’s that were never disclosed to me about what they “added on.” I was charged over $1,000 for a tire care protection plan that I was told was apart of my GAP insurance .. well obviously not since I was charged an extra $1,000 for it… The tires on the car are some off brand I’ve never even heard of.. I’m being charged 29% interest so only $140 of my $549 monthly payment is going towards the principal of my loan.. When it’s all said and done I’ll end up paying over $38,000 for a vehicle that is worth only $15,000 private party, $10-$12,000 if I trade it in… I was also told that my loan was thru one company and then got a letter and a text message from a whole different company stating that they are in charge of said loan.. I wish I would have ignored the constant text messages and emails begging me to come get financed for a vehicle.. More

Trina worked with me from start to finish and kept me informed. Only issue I have is when you get the sticker shock of the bill and have to pay a fee for using a credit card in a business this large. informed.
