At one point 3 gentlemen sat in front of me and hounded me into I agreed to purchase. Told them over and over I needed to think about it a day. One of the men told me to sit down, I was standing wanting to leave. Called the next day wanting to return the car I did not want, would not help me. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! I met Je This is Jerry. If you will notice in this picture, this isn’t a car lot this is our house. It is a long story, but worth the time to explain. I met Jerry a couple of weeks ago at Dahl Ford. I was looking for an F-150. I really liked Jerry because he was patient and not pushy. He took the time to ask me relevant questions and did not try to upsell me. I really liked Jerry, but I didn’t care for the overall mood and attitude of the senior managers at Dahl. Needless to say, I was agitated when I found out that they let Jerry go because he was not pushy enough. Luckily this story has a happy ending, Jerry found a new home at Reynolds Ford. So, I followed Jerry here. Right off the bat, you could tell the atmosphere was much friendlier. I met Kirk the senior manager and explained why I came and followed Jerry. That led to the picture below. While I was looking for an F-150, my wife fell in love with a Ford Explorer. Due to the time crunch and picking kids up from daycare, Jerry and Reynolds allowed me to drive the F-150 out to my house 35 minutes away in the country and Jerry drove the Explorer. They allowed us to take home TWO vehicles to try at home. This was extremely helpful as it allowed us to attend to our children’s needs, and test drive the vehicle’s in our neighborhood. Jerry took the time not only to explain the vehicle to my wife but also explained it to my younger children. The pure fact that Reynolds and Jerry adapted to our family life shows they really care about their customers. Jerry by far is the best car’s salesman I have ever had, and I am very appreciative of Reynolds Ford for giving him such leeway to work around our family life so we could include our kids in the process. I’m looking forward to working again with Jerry in the future. More
