I know I needed new air filter and I bought this vehicle from you guys with the tire sensors were bad I have been driving it ever since I bought it from you guys with the light on and for some reason your s from you guys with the tire sensors were bad I have been driving it ever since I bought it from you guys with the light on and for some reason your service tech did not even notice that my breather air filter hose was not even hooked up to my engine so no I fixed these things on my own air filters costed me $40 which was a lot cheaper than what your service department was charging me for all the things that they did not see that was actually wrong with the vehicle More

Sat playing mess around games over a vehicle because it was at a different lot. Now its been over a week and haven't gotten My second key fob that is written in my sales agreement to get. The complaint that I have is with the Detail department. I had to take my vehicle back to get it cleaned. The first time was due to me purchasing it later at night and them wrapping up for the evening. There was still some type of what appeared to be pet hair and stains in the seats and headliner. When I had to take it back again, I was told that the stains were cleaned the best that it could be. My thought was, how do you offer a package to care for your vehicle costing you to obtain detail cleaning services when the details weren't taken care of in the first place. No, I did not read to see if the location would be the ones performing this service, but I didn't understand how it could be offered seeing the results of my vehicle being cleaned twice. My other concern was some of the conversations that took place by staff. No, you can't control what people say or do, I just heard the music playing in the background and felt that there's a standard desired to be display. This does not stop me from telling others who to ask for when they want to invest in better or simply are in need. There was also a lady who ensured that I received my refund when the machine took my money. Thank you. To the owner or whoever Lance has report to before the process can be completed, Lance and Tony, thank you for being wonderful. My family and I are grateful. God bless. More
