The shadiest dealership I’ve ever worked with. BUYERS BEWARE - After seeing a truck online, I contacted the salesman, Chris, and told him I wanted to purchase it. I liked the price, so I thought BUYERS BEWARE - After seeing a truck online, I contacted the salesman, Chris, and told him I wanted to purchase it. I liked the price, so I thought this was going to be an easy process. I let him know that I live 4 hours away, so I took a day off work and came in on Monday morning. When I finally arrived, I was able to test drive the vehicle, and everything appeared to be fine. However, once we sat down to complete the paperwork, the numbers suddenly changed. The price they presented me was $4,000 higher than the price advertised online and the price we had discussed and agreed upon over the phone. When I questioned the salesman about the difference, I was told it was a “misprint.” I explained that I was simply not going to purchase the vehicle at the higher price. At that point, the salesman went to speak with his manager, and they came back saying they would honor the original price. After things settled down, the salesman brought out the final pricing breakdown; they were offering me around $7,000 less for my trade-in than the other quotes I’ve received (with no KBB, or any docs to support), and somehow had my monthly payments for a $25k, 72 month loan at around $1,000/month…….(apparently they were offering me a 45% interest rate). At this point I was completely done with negotiations and simply asked for my keys back so I could go home. Literally everything about my experience here was shady. I honestly thought they were trying to lose my business at one point. I would like to blame it on a single salesman, but I honestly believe this is taught and practiced across the board, here. I have bought and traded in many cars in my life, and I’ve never had an experience even remotely close to this. More

Sales process took over four hours despite the seller knowing I was in a time crunch AND they put a GPS tracker in my car without my knowledge or consent (ILLEGAL in Illinois). It killed my battery and Hyundai said because it was a third party device, it was not covered by warranty. When I went to pick it up, they acted like I was being overly dramatic when they PUT A GPS TRACKER IN MY CAR. More
