They answered my inquiry and call on a Sunday, and offered to bring the car I was interested in to me on Monday, since my availability was limited. They were really nice, i felt comfortable with everyone there, but i wished they actually looked at the car. They said they looked at the car and the mechanics said everything was fine but we took the car there, but i wished they actually looked at the car. They said they looked at the car and the mechanics said everything was fine but we took the car to a mechanic because first time driving the car after leaving the dealership we noticed problems and almost everything that could be wrong with a car is wrong with this car. The mechanics were shocked the Kunes mechanics didn’t fix anything or at least warn us about anything. It’s a used car so obviously things are going to be wrong, but it would be nice to know that the car is driving by a miracle and requires thousands of dollars worth of repairs. There’s also a serious transmission issue thats an absurd amount of money to fix. It’s just absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. The mechanics told me I am lucky I made it to the dealership without a tire flying off because the entire sway bar and parts of the wheel were broken or disintegrating. He said one wrong turn or pothole and my tire could have been blown off and I could have crashed. I literally could have crashed and died on the way home from the dealership buying the car and they didn’t even disclose that to me. Not to mention they told me they were taking the car to get detailed and the car was just straight up disgusting when I got it back. There were wrappers everywhere, moldy food under the seats, they claimed to get a stain out of the roof of my car but just made it worse and now there’s a giant water stain, and somehow the glass on the windshield acquired two new gigantic scratches. It’s just really disappointing we were told the mechanics looked it over and were told there were no problems but there’s so many problems that no normal person can afford to fix. I regret buying this car and I regret going to Kunes. I will never go back and give them my service again. It’s unbelievable. More
