I purchased a vehicle about a year ago and dealt with some grimy people, we can leave it at that. I have been trying to solve an extra key problem where the salesman promised me a key and never delivered some grimy people, we can leave it at that. I have been trying to solve an extra key problem where the salesman promised me a key and never delivered. I have called over 30 times since January to handle this issue with no resolve. I was passing by the dealership and decided to go in and speak to the General Manager. He took the time on a busy day to have a conversation with me and it literally took him 3 , yes THREE minutes to resolve my problem. He looked up the deal saw I was promised a key on documentation told me he would their key guy come to my home and cut the extra key and program it for me. GUESS WHAT! It was done the next day. He even called me on Saturday morning to make sure I was satisfied. Reading all the negative press about this dealership and dealing with their new General Manager was a breath of fresh air. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond, and will be going back to see them soon. Thank you and good luck. More

When the car that we came to look at wouldn't start, Alicia Pequignot was able to come up with a good alternative. She was also able to help on the price.
