Drove 2. 5 hrs to see a specific car and verified twice with dealer we were coming on that day. Got to dealership and the manager took the car home. We said we 5 hrs to see a specific car and verified twice with dealer we were coming on that day. Got to dealership and the manager took the car home. We said we would wait to bring it back (1 hour with salesperson meeting him half way). Then other manager on duty said no we had to come back the next day. So manager expected us to drive another 5 hr trip to see a car that we were told twice it was on the lot. Asked if we came back would there be any give on the price due to their mistake. We were ready to pay cash for the car we just wanted to see it and drive it. The dealership did not care one bit. No customer service what so ever. Do not shop there. More
