We were met on arrival by a surly young man who had us fill out a form and invited us to wait until someone was available to help us. Upon query he advised it would be about half an hour. After an hour wa fill out a form and invited us to wait until someone was available to help us. Upon query he advised it would be about half an hour. After an hour wait among locked cars on the showroom floor, no information available, and no further contact, we left. I am happy that this dealership neither needs nor wants our business. If we decide to pursue purchase of a Lexus, it will definitely be at a different dealership. More

We had a great experience at the dealership! Pierre was a pleasure to work with! He took the time to show us the differences between each model and trim. Pierre also took the time to show us the vehicle’s features and how to use them and set up the Lexus app, which was very nice since this was our first time buying a Lexus. Unsavory experience. Deceptive practice with trade in of my Lexus vehicle. I would not trust buying a car from this dealership. We thankfully walked away from the table a Deceptive practice with trade in of my Lexus vehicle. I would not trust buying a car from this dealership. We thankfully walked away from the table and confirmed what the salesperson stated about our car was untrue and unfounded. Salesperson stated incorrect inflammatory remarks about our trad-in such as has been in a serious accident and was a red flag to potential,buyers when the car fax which I purchased after the encounter indicated minor cosmetic damage and the value of the car was much higher than average. Conclusion is to stay clear and use other dealers in the Denver area albeit not as convenient. I would rather drive an extra 40 miles to have a pleasant and honest transaction. More

Working with your staff was fantastic! We came in about an hour before closing, not realizing the time, and everyone was so inviting and helpful. We also weren't expecting to purchase a ve We came in about an hour before closing, not realizing the time, and everyone was so inviting and helpful. We also weren't expecting to purchase a vehicle at that time, just test drive one. Everyone took their time with us and stayed until about 9pm when we finally finished our purchase. Agye was fantastic as well. He took all the time we wanted to go over the purchase and the car before we left. He was great to work with, as was the finance manager when signing all our documents. This was truly one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. Than you! More
