We were only looking not really sure if we were ready to buy another vehicle. Brandon approached us a friendly attitude and asked if there was anything he could help us with anything. We asked about the vans and he was able to give us prices, mileage and other important details upfront. He got the keys and allowed us to look through the van explained more features opened the hood, started the van. Brandon went with us on a test drive and explained more features about the van. We were given time to talk about and make a decision about the possible purchase. The next day Brandon took the time to explain multiple financing options and trade in deals. The service directly affected the results of our purchase. I can guarantee that if we would not of had the wonderful service we had i would not currently have a new vehicle. The best and most important things about our visit were that not once did we feel pressured buy. Service was friendly and fast. We did not have to give any personal information until we were ready (there are other dealerships that require you to fill out a credit application before they will tell you anything about a car). We found the car we purchased on line. It was our first experience with Kyner. The car was in absolute mint condition for a very fair price. The folks at Kyner were so nice to work with. Justin was on it every step of the way and very responsive to any requests for added info when we called for more details. I appreciated the low key environment and the absolutely no hassle purchase. Their trade in value for my old - well loved car was respectful and perhaps generous. Ever though it was a little drive for us, i will be back for service - we will also share our experience with others who are looking around for a good value and good people to work with. More
