The car (2000 Cougar) has been an unreliable defective POS, so I've had plenty of opportunities to deal with the service dept. In my expereience L&B is the only shop that can reliably diagnose problems. OK, they did miss one factory bullletin, but in all other cases they got it right. Joe is a great advisor - friendly, responsive, accomodating, and helpful. He makes an already annoying situation as bearable as possible. I'm by now totally turned off to Ford product and will be shopping elsewhere; Joe and the L&B service dept. will be the one thing I miss.
