La Porte Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

Oil change I have taken my 2015 Jeep renegade in for multiple oil changes, which I bought brand new from LaPorte Chrysler. Every time the can not seem to manage I have taken my 2015 Jeep renegade in for multiple oil changes, which I bought brand new from LaPorte Chrysler. Every time the can not seem to manage to reset my oil meter. I remind them when I drop it off, when they call and inform me that it is completed, and when I arrive to pick it up. This last time was rediculous, I had to explain to them on how to do it and I was told I was wrong everytime. I gave up and they did it there way and guess what? It still didnt work. Finally the listened to me and the fixed it. The saddest part is that Jeep recognized them as a dealership and they have "factory" trained technicians, and they cant do something as simple as do this. I'm not the only one that has had this problem from what I'm told by multiple other people. More
