Process was easy, I applied online, Mellissa and myself emailed or texted only, no phone calls, I liked that, went in drive out with a car. I asked if anything fees could come off, so I could lower my paym emailed or texted only, no phone calls, I liked that, went in drive out with a car. I asked if anything fees could come off, so I could lower my payment, $780… she told no,doc fee can’t and I need gap, but I wanted car, document were signed on a touchscreen desk, when I got home I looked at contract an it had extended warranty $3800, I called and told them to redo it and take it off the same day, she tried talk me out, , told me apr could change.. la la la la, she called back next day said warranty off and my payment went down $140 and nothing else changed, I glad I don’t have to return the car, because I told her I didn’t want no extra fee More
