I never knew buying a vehicle could be so difficult Went to look at a used vehicle, finally agreed on price and what repairs needed to be made, so at 9 a.m. I was on the understanding that the vehicle w Went to look at a used vehicle, finally agreed on price and what repairs needed to be made, so at 9 a.m. I was on the understanding that the vehicle was going straight to detail and would be ready in a couple of hours, as I informed the salesman afternoons are very busy for me and I would not be able to be there, so the salesman then waits an hour and a half and then called me back to confirm I still want the vehicle, not sure why he thought I changed my mind at that point? So of course by him delaying and stalling he wanted to go later in the afternoon, tell me about all the leads they have to sell this vehicle, and tells me to hold it they want a deposit equivalent to buying a house so I'll just drive an hour away and buy the other vehicle I seen instead, much painless process was told the manager says this and the manager says that but the manager never once came out to greet or ever talk to me very poor customer service More

Seized engine due to oil change error I picked up my new vehicle from its first oil change and the engine seized on the way home. Several phone calls were made with few call backs. I had to fight with the dealership for over 3 weeks! They finally agreed into putting a new engine in after they tried tricking me into a used engine that was involved in a car accident and had over 3,000 more miles than mine! Mind you this was a new vehicle with 4,000 miles. They are nothing but con artists! Superior Buick knows nothing about customer service and they don't give a xxxx about their customers! Please beware of this dealership. More
