I'm a proud owner of a 2026 F-150 Lariat, which was 14 months in coming. After being hit and rolling my 2013 F-150 in April 2025, I ordered a 2025 in May, 3 more F-150 orders later my F-150 finally can in months in coming. While many would blame the dealer, this was Fords fault and I can only thank LaFontaine for what they did to get me the truck I wanted. I appreciate what my three salespeople did for me for the 14 months I waited. Two left the dealership for other positions, but my thanks really goes to my sales manager Peter. He was there for me all the way and probably a few times wanted to run away when he saw me coming in. Two weeks in with my new truck and I'm veery happy with the truck and with LaFontaine Ford. A shout out to Gabe, my service manager, and I'll be seeing you as I bring my truck in for its normal maintenance. The dealer accommodated our request to expedite the paperwork, and we appreciated that. The salesperson was extremely helpful during the paperwork phase. For a brand new car, it was unexpectedly dusty on the inside, and we had to request a sticky substance to be removed from the exterior in one spot. The last thing we thought was odd, having been through this process multiple times in the past, was that the sales associate did not check in with us after the purchase. Poor communication. My car waited at this location almost a month. I had to go up to the location to get answers about my car, just to find out the guy who was looking a My car waited at this location almost a month. I had to go up to the location to find this all out!!! The company was supposed to be calling me back multiple times, and failed to do so each time. Don’t recommend lafontaine on hill rd. More
