Poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Management has been unresponsive when I’ve tried to address ongoing issues. Waited in this dealership for approximately 9 hours over 2 days. I got approved for a vehicle after being there over 3 hours and they were closing so I couldn't inspect the vehicle properly and the salesper 2 days. That was a Saturday, so Monday I went to sign papers and pick up vehicle. I was there 4.5 hours because the bank didn't like any of the proofs of residency that I provided. I signed the paperwork again, after closing. I got home that night and noticed a smell and the next day thay it had not been cleaned. The salesperson said to bring it back and they would clean it and look at it. This was a Thursday. I didn't hear anything Friday and Saturday he said to pick it up at 1:30. I got there before 1:30 and waited 30 minutes before finding out he had left. I told him the car was overpriced due to all.of the damage I was discovering and he said I was full of xxxx because they were taking a loss selling the car to me. A girl helped me and said if I needed anything to let her know. I wanted to know.ehat they did to my car, because they sure didn't clean it and it still smelled. There wa also an alarm issue that is still happening because I discovered the day after purchase that it had been broken in to. She never responded. Then the paperwork lady texted me a week later that the bank was going to reject the loan if I didn't provide a valid proof of residency (on top of the 8 I had already provided) by 6m that night. I would have to give the car back. The next day I found.out it would be fine. Al Serra would NEVER treat a customer like that and I regret not going there in the first place. Will tell everyone I meet that this place is awful and to never buy a car from here. More
