I was very disappointed with the service department. They told me I needed a new door hinge then forgot about me. I had to make multiple calls and I even was scheduled for service and when I got there w They told me I needed a new door hinge then forgot about me. I had to make multiple calls and I even was scheduled for service and when I got there was sent home because the part wasn’t finished yet. I asked for an oil change to compensate me for my time and initially was told they could. But after the work was completed the person I dealt with said he had to ask a manager and I haven’t heard from him since. Take your business elsewhere. More

I am beyond impressed with this dealership's service department, and their turn around time. Brandon Bobchik was a pleasure to work with, and took great care of things and shocked how quickly things got department, and their turn around time. Lasco took nearly a month for them to even LOOK at my vehicle. Lafontaine had it diagnosed in less than 72 hours. They were honest and diligent, and when the part was hard to find, they did everything they could to get it fixed, and actually saved me money! I got my vehicle back the following week! I highly recommend them, and if I ever need anything else done, they're the only one I plan on dealing with. More
