I needed the front brakes replaced on my F-250 Super Duty pickup, as well as troubleshooting for a suspected transmission problem. My service advisor was Jessica Stacy, and she listened to my description of pickup, as well as troubleshooting for a suspected transmission problem. She did a great job of keeping me updated on the troubleshooting, and I got answers more quickly than I expected. The parts were ordered, and repairs completed more quickly than I anticipated!
