Salesman was nice. Had good inventory but new vehicle was not prepped properly for purchase which caused all kinds of issues. We came in from out of town and following up their mistakes were not easy. Salesman’s supervisor kept trying to rework numbers. When we would get numbers down he would add something else. We feel like they purposely price gouged and mislead with available financing, licensing, and tried to over tax for the vehicle. They made multiple promises to rectify issues with inappropriate prep of purchase vehicle and got strung along with no resolution! I would not purchase from them again, they want the sale, rip you off, and don’t do the customer service needed to make their customers happy. More
Subpar service from the service person behind the counter. I had to call to find out if my vehicle was done. Gave me a hassle when I tried to get the military discount. When I bought my truck and warranty from them, I was supposed to get a rental car whenever they were doing warranty work. It feels like this dealership actively denies you a rental car. They kept my truck for over a week and would not give me a rental which forced me to put mile in the lease we got from them.
