It means a great deal to me that I was treated so well each and every time I came in. You'd expect to be treated well if you were giving a dealership additional money, or there was another sale to be made off of you. The fact that I did not fall into this category speaks incredibly highly of the integrity among these employees. I would recommend Infiniti of Ann Arbor to anyone in search of a new vehicle, and I had such a great experience with Jeff Shuert in service, I would recommend it simply for service as they service all vehicles.
