I contacted Ladd Hanford Kia after being unable to obtain ANY price quote from a different Kia dealership. Chad was very professional and personable and he apologized for the poor impression I had received f ANY price quote from a different Kia dealership. After a phone conversation and 2 emails, Chad gave me a price for a new vehicle that was above the KBB price and even the price on Kia's own site for the same vehicle/options. I told him that the price was more than expected and he said that he would have to speak with Ernie to see if he could offer a better price. After not hearing from Chad by either phone or email for 1 week, I sent a follow up email. I received NO response. To me, this is VERY discourteous service to not get back to a customer. In the long run, I am glad that I didn't hear back from Chad as I ended up getting a Great Deal at the Kia Dealership in East Petersburg, PA. More

Michael made it happen for me with an awesome trade-in deal. To my surprise, he also set up my Bluetooth.
