Went to service department for routine service and was told that there was a recall on my 2019. We agreed to complete the recall. Service rider came back out a few minutes later and told me they were not told that there was a recall on my 2019. We agreed to complete the recall. Service rider came back out a few minutes later and told me they were not able to complete the recall work due to being out of warranty. I questioned his reasoning and was told it was GM’s policy not to honor this this recall and out of his hands. GM has lost a loyal customer and I was going to purchase a new trunk before the end of the year. All because they would not reboot the computer. More

Purchased a 2008 Dodge Charger on September 4th and I still do not have the title! It’s been almost 60 days! I had to file a complaint with the the Security of State office and they contacted the dealers still do not have the title! It’s been almost 60 days! I had to file a complaint with the the Security of State office and they contacted the dealership and got their lazy butts to finally get the title paperwork done. Besides the fact that my temp plate expired on the 19th of October and I still have no title to go and get a new plate… the car needs over $4,000 in suspension parts and INCLUDING HEAD GASKETS! This car was supposed to be my sons first car! We used all of our savings ($5,000) to buy it for him but my mechanic said there is ducktape holding some suspension parts together and the head gaskets are bad don’t put your son at risk in this car!!!! The dealership knew this car was junk and that’s why they were in a hurry to sell it to me! THE DEALERSHIP IS TRASH. THEY DO NOT CSRE ABOUT YOU! THEY WONT HELP ME IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM! THE MANAGER Derek Hickman WONT EVEN CALL ME. HE SENT ONE EMAIL in which he misspelled every word and didn’t make any sense. HEARTLESS, CARELESS, GREEDY, LIEING, MANIPULATING, SCAMMING, CON ARTISTS! I have seen many other bad reviews, DO NOT SHOP HERE! YOU WILL REGRET IT! More

They still sold the vehicle out from under me. I am now out $1000 and all the manager told me was basically "sorry that sucks" What an absolutely terrible way to do business. The sales person that kept calling and leaving messages was grouchy, not pleasent . went to dealership and talked to a different salesperson, he was nic but not much knowledge about this vehicle, price wa was grouchy, not pleasent . went to dealership and talked to a different salesperson, he was nic but not much knowledge about this vehicle, price was still to high for all the faults I foound, the car was suppose to be cleaned for me, That did not happen.
