Amazing Service Center Hyundai did an absolutely amazing job helping with warranty protection assistance! The part they helped to get fixed was over $1000.00 the vehicle was my mother and father in laws and this was absolutely perfect as they are on a fixed income and wouldn't have had that kind of money to spend. Didnt fix issue and then just replaced motor Too a 2.5 year old CX5 in for repair. The variable valve timing had wend bad due to low oil pressure. Well, it never told us we had low oil pressure Too a 2.5 year old CX5 in for repair. The variable valve timing had wend bad due to low oil pressure. Well, it never told us we had low oil pressure and this is not first time these motors have done this we were told. So they replaced all the variable valve timing stuff to the tune of 2800 bucks. Didnt fix issue. So they they told us we had tonreplace motor...another 1400. Bad part is we were over miles for warantee and got zero help feom mazda or dealer on a 2.5 year old motor.... More

Service department quoted me a fair price for the expensive (and extensive) repair job to repair all seals because there continued to be a leak. They were honest about this being a problem for my model and make of this car, based on consumer reports. They were flexible about drop off and pick up of the vehicle. I was treated respectfully by all staff. Sadly, $1600 and one week later, my car continues to have issues relating to dimming of lights, both exterior and interior, when conditions are wet or when driving at night and slowing after a period of driving. Will be contacting service manager to see about checking alternator (once I've saved up money again). More
