Repair was done well I assume I gave a low rating because this is the second time I have service here at the dealership and the second time my car fob was left in my car for at lea I gave a low rating because this is the second time I have service here at the dealership and the second time my car fob was left in my car for at least 4 hours before I could pick my car up. So anyone would came on the lot could have stolen my car because you can’t lock the keys in the car. More

I’m betting the dealership is not very interested in this publicity. Further - it is always frustrating to hear bold faced lies. I overheard another customer, whom I do not know, told it was illegal for the dealership to not charge them and keep the take off used tires (state it is company policy don’t care, but do not create nonexistent laws). Total loss of trust with these simple scenarios. More
