Unhappy My wife and I bought our first Hyundai in 2008. It has never seen the inside of any shop other than yours. We bought our second Hyundai in 2011 and the same it true for it. In the beginning it was a joy to have our service work performed in your your shop. The costumer service was excellent as was the quality of service. I find it sad that I can no longer say that. My last visit was just about as bad as I'll let it get. I took our Santa Fe in for an oil change and to have both low beam headlight bulbs replaced. When I picked it up the next morning it wouldn't start. It seems they had left the headlights on over night. Once they got it started hey told me the battery need replaced and yet the next day we left for Houston and haven't had a bit of trouble with the battery since the service visit. Also, for the first time in 10 years on the drive home from the shop, as the engine warmed up the overpowering smell of oil spilled on the engine was apparent. This lasted for several days. To say I am becoming disillusioned with your shop is an understatement. It has been disheartening to watch a great shop with great folks go so far down hill. More
