Professional service and fair prices! Went in for routine maintenance. A problem was found with one of my tires, and they brought it to my attention. Service with a small hiccup Took my 18 MKZ Hybrid in for its first oil change, etc. Had a couple of rattles I wanted them to look at while they had it. The service advisor thou Took my 18 MKZ Hybrid in for its first oil change, etc. Had a couple of rattles I wanted them to look at while they had it. The service advisor thought one of the rattles was caused by my sunglasses being in the compartment next to the ceiling remote control panel so he had me remove them. Nothing was said about the other rattle that appeared on occasion. When I picked up my car that afternoon the mileage in and mileage out was the same so no test drive was attempted to check on either rattle. Needless to say both rattles were still there. I have not called back at this point for a redo of that service. They did do a fine job of getting the dirt and grim off of the vehicle. More

Turn over in technicians doesn’t build confidence that you are taking care of your customers by getting knowledgeable people to serve us. Mazda even stopped vacuuming the vehicles and stearing wheel always has gunk on it. Car was in all day. Took it in at 9am and called that it was ready at 4:38. It was in for battery replacement as one sold to us in February 2018 went bad. Was told other important work was being done first. 😡 More
Fuel gauge issue Took our 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe in for a fuel gauge issue because not registering properly. They replaced the sender assembly. We thought the gas tan Took our 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe in for a fuel gauge issue because not registering properly. They replaced the sender assembly. We thought the gas tank should have been fairly close to full but it wasn’t registering that high. So we proceeded to the gas station only to find out it would let us put in like 2.9 gallons of gas even though the fuel gauge never went to full. We took the vehicle back to the shop to leave overnight for another day of repair and the service department discovered the sender assembly installed the day before was faulty. We did notice after the first day of repair a smell which appeared to be similar to liquid wrench so it took febreeze and Lysol max to get rid of it. Once the sender assembly was replaced the 2nd day it appears to be functioning correctly now. More
