Priceless Service ! I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from the Laird Noller dealership in Topeka, KS and my sales consultant was a Mr. Nathan Hernandez. I previously purchase I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from the Laird Noller dealership in Topeka, KS and my sales consultant was a Mr. Nathan Hernandez. I previously purchased a Mazda 3 in 2014, and Mr. Hernandez was my salesman during that purchase as well. I drove the Mazda 3 for about a year and a half and was very impressed with the quality, but I realized I needed something bigger. So, I visited every dealership in Topeka, and narrowed my search down to a Mazda CX-5 or a Dodge Ram 1500. I first visted the Dodge dealership and very unimpressed with the service. I was going to trade in my Mazda 3, and they under appraised it by a few thousand dollars. The Dodge salesman was not very knowlegeable about the truck, could not keep his appointments with me, and offered me a deal that was pretty much take it or leave it. So, I walked away. Now to compare my experience with Mr. Hernandez at the Mazda dealership, is like night and day. He is fully knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling, kept his appointments with me, and offered several options to purchase my new vehicle that best suited me. I truely felt like he wanted me to have this new vehicle, and I got it. I could have purchased any vehicle, but being able to drive away 100% satisfied with the service. That's Priceless. More

This is the second Mazda I've purchased from Laird Noller Mazda. The service I received both times from Mr. Gallegos was much appreciated. The first vehicle I purchased was a 2014 Mazda 3, and I thought there was no way I was walking away with this new car. I was so wrong, and happy that I was. Mr. Gallegos got me the car I wanted at a very affordable and comfortable monthly amount. During the process of buying the 2016 CX-5, I had a level of confidence knowing this guy was going to make it happen. When your given great service that's awesome, but when your given greater service the second time around...well, makes you kind of speechless. I also wanted to thank the other two finance guys who stayed till 9pm to make this happen. Their dealership closes at 8pm, but stayed to make this happen as well.
