She was from out of town and within the weekend we had her in a car that she has been very pleased with. This past week she had an issue with her starter and the shop she was in wanted to replace the entire starter. She got ahold of Tim for advice and through his research she only need to replace a small plastic piece instead of the entire starter that the out of town shop was trying to get her to replace. Instead of a $400+ starter job she went to a different shop and got the plastic part replaced for about $80. Thank you Tim!
