2nd experience with this service advisor. Both times I've felt as if my concerns with my vehicle issues were treated as if they were not valid. I am aware that a tech has to evaluate issues b Both times I've felt as if my concerns with my vehicle issues were treated as if they were not valid. I am aware that a tech has to evaluate issues but it seemed like 20 questions directed as if the issue was me not my vehicle. Also, even though it's a pre-owned vehicle we've had it less than a year, has some manufacture warranty left and have a full extended warranty. Feel as if constantly advised as if these warranties cover nothing and going to have out of pocket cost just to have things looked at/diagnosed. Buying a vehicle through a dealership I take into consideration the service department as a big deal. At this point I have considered moving to the Topeka Laird Noller service dept but want to give the Lawrence dealership another chance. Thank you. Becky Ewy. More
