Went ahead and paid fir it and it was delivered to my house the next day but only had 1/4 tank of gas (suppossed to be full), and did not have second key as promised. Worst part is I called to inform my insurance carrier of the purchase and found out all the paperwork, including the temporary tag was for a different car (different VIN). Now, a month after purchase I am still waiting for the correct paperwork, tag, and second key. Real fiasco. More
Dealership are not bad people. I would caution new buyers or first time buyers. Asking for hard numbers like what is our exact credit score, what is the interest on the loan. I think I had to ask 3 times, and every time the salesman came back, it was check this monthly price. Look at this or that, never proving the exact answers to the question asked. Dealers want to make money so that is the core of why it’s hard to get the real numbers. If you have a 700 score there is a national average interest rate. Always compare these. Do not look at payment and think oh that’s good I can afford that. You could be paying much more than the average person pays with your score. More

Was overcharged for an oil change that was supposed to include a tire rotation, but didn't get. Was promised a call back from the Manager JOSH HOKE to resolve the issue and never got a call. Things that were discussed at closing time for the purchase of car were not followed through. Texting customers is UNPROFESSIONAL when things need to be discussed. All the texts from MULTIPLE #,s I have as proof for discussions that were made, will be going to an attorney if these issues are not addressed. Matt is very unprofessional!!!
