I called lake to schedule a appointment. They informed me the part will be ordered. In november of 2019 they called and said part came in Which in my opinion is a unacceptable amount of time. so i brought the car in and was told they would replace the sensors. they called me and stated that because during the time i was waiting for the part the warranty expired. They would have to get approval from gm and could not do the job until such approval was granted. So i was without a car for 3 days waiting for approval. Well i needed the car after 3 days and when i came to get the car they informed me they finally received approval. so i had to bring car in for a second time to get job done. It is apparent that lake is not concerned about the inconvenience that it may bring upon its costumers. The service advisor stated "this is very frustrating for me" just imagine how frustrating is was for us. More

Recall on Chevy Malibu Was a last minute fix, but Glen was great in setting up the appointment and managing my expectations on getting my car repaired. Glen is the best Great experience with Glen Lewis. Have been back 3 times and he is fair, honest and doesn’t mess around. Had to completely redo corroded brake lines o Great experience with Glen Lewis. Have been back 3 times and he is fair, honest and doesn’t mess around. Had to completely redo corroded brake lines on my 2004 Suburban, very big project and Glen came in below his quote by several hundred dollars. I will be back with all my needs and will hopefully keep my truck running way beyond 200k. More

That's the sign of good service, when their not hiding unknown things from you. I have a good feeling with this dealership. More

Where they could really improve is making sure that the service associates are informed on the promotions they are advertising. Only one out of the four associates new about the promotion I asked about and how to enter the transaction. So they definitely weren’t going to know to tell me about that promotion ( or any other deal). It definitely was something that saved me money but I had to work to get it. I made the associate figure it out. But they were happy to do and was a good sport about it. More
