Unnecessary oil change? I brought my car in for an oil change and because my check engine light was on. After figuring out what was wrong with my car, and telling you I could I brought my car in for an oil change and because my check engine light was on. After figuring out what was wrong with my car, and telling you I couldn’t afford to fix it right now, I was told that an oil change would be a waste of money because the intake manifold wasn’t going to be fixed. When I got to the dealership I was told that they had already done the oil change. So now I’m going to have to get another oil change after I fix intake manifold this week. Kinda upset that I wasted that money unnecessarily. Not sure I will be bringing my car back to the dealership after 5 years of loyalty since I bought my car. More

Vehicle damage Went in for a standard oil change... they stripped the oil plug and had to replace the oil pan... cost me $800. I bought the Tahoe from them and have Went in for a standard oil change... they stripped the oil plug and had to replace the oil pan... cost me $800. I bought the Tahoe from them and have had every oil change done by them.... they lost me as a customer due to this!!! No excuse for stripping an oil plug!!! Very poor training!! This had happened to another person I know that went in for the same service!!! More
