Rear bumper repair My insurance company told md that Braeger was a gauranteed repair shop. All work om the vehicle is gauranteed as long as I own the vehicle. Called Braeger a week or two before the vehicle arrived at their shop. When the car was brought in, they told me they already had ordered the parts. They called about three days later and told me the vehicle was ready. The job was done very well. You would never know that a repair was done. I would recommend Braeger to anyone looking for quality and timely work on their repair. More

I felt they should have fought for me and they didn't I was in for a repair on a tailight. Cool guys took care of my transportation to work, offered me a drink, etc. Due to a bad seal the tailight got I was in for a repair on a tailight. Cool guys took care of my transportation to work, offered me a drink, etc. Due to a bad seal the tailight got very dusty, corroded the light socket, and needed replacement. An 11.00 socket for a standard 3157 replacement bulb turned into 350.00. I get it.....if you get your repairs done at a dealership, you are ALWAYS going to pay so much more. Everyone knows that I assume. If you were not aware, you should shop for repair services elsewhere if you care about money. That goes for any dealer service department, not just this one. Anyhow - Here is where I feel this service department should have fought for me. I paid for the extended warranty - platinum package. Paid big dollars for it. This is the package that the finance guy tries so hard to sell you on when you are wrapping up your sale, and it adds 10, 20, 40, or 50 dollars to your payment. Well when it comes time to use that insurance, you are completely on your own without a service department to back you up. The 3rd party warranty company is going to find every red tape in the world to avoid paying. The service department will not go to bat for you. I don't expect a lot from people but when they know that they(dealerships) push a bad product like this warranty, as men, they should stand behind it or at least fight for us. There was none of that going on, not even little girl slapping with the warranty company. They literally just take it. In conclusion, I hope this reaches a few people who consider buying the extended warranties or dent coverages. Just say no - trust me ! More
