Mitch and I think her name was Melissa in the GMC Service Department saved our vacation!!! We stopped in Lake City on our way to Daytona for the night next morning the car would not start It was a Saturday Department saved our vacation!!! Pricing of $199 per “each issue for them to even look at ” is how we were advised we would be charged. I have never experienced this at any other dealership and it is ridiculous. I repeatedly asked for the tail light to be fixed and it never was. We let that go, but when we picked the truck up and the tire monitor light was still on, we went back inside after picking it up. The issue was even listed on the invoice but not fixed and then the staff at the dealership laughed and said our already $3000 bill would have been much higher if they had to fix that. Very unprofessional behavior by everyone that we dealt with including the female that was there when we picked up The truck. She was unprofessional and made snide remarks as my husband was just trying to pay for the service. We will not return and wiill not recommend to others. More
