Frankly I wish all car dealers would take lessons from him. the entire purchase process was extremely smooth and trouble free. Theo went out of his way to make sure we knew everything about the vehicle from the Car Fax to showing us how to use the electronics and program our phones to the blue tooth, I give Theo and the Ronsonet family 5 STARS and TWO THUMBS UP!!
