We waited 5 minutes on arrival for someone to be at the service counter to check us in. Service was slow, we were later told “there are only two service men In the shop today” on a Saturday was told by sal service counter to check us in. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment for service. The Service Advisor came out a greeted me.
