So when I started doing some research, Rountree-Moore caught my attention because they seemed to be saying all the right things. If they could do something that was hassle free, it would be worth the drive. But there's a big difference between saying the right things and doing the right things, so I was really pleased when they turned out to be the real deal. I told them what I wanted, they listened, they gave me a very good trade in on my old Avalon, and I'm in a new Avalon for about a thousand dollars less than what I was expecting to pay. They didn't try to pressure me into something I didn't want or need and I got exactly what I wanted. I would definitely buy from them again and they would be my first choice for anyone asking for advice on buying a new car. I dealt with Gene Nelson who did a great job on the sales side. He's my kind of sales guy and I highly recommend him. More

He went above and beyond to keep us comfortable while we were there waiting on the finance department. Any problems we had with price, paperwork, or any features the car did or didn't have he went above and beyond to address them all. This will defiantly be where I buy all my future cars and trucks! Fantastic Experience I stopped by my local Toyota dealership to check out a few vehicles. I was only browsing because I figured that I would have to go out of town to ge I stopped by my local Toyota dealership to check out a few vehicles. I was only browsing because I figured that I would have to go out of town to get the best prices and selection. Boy was I wrong! From the moment that I stepped inside the showroom, I was treated very well. Everyone was so friendly to me. No one was pushy. It seemed that everyone there was having fun and they were excited about being there. The employees and the other customers! I met a salesperson, Tiffanie, who walked me through the process. She answered all of my questions. There were a few things that she didn't know. She promptly found the correct management and tools to find out the answers to those questions. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Rountree Moore had an impressive inventory and very aggressive pricing. Why in the world should I go out of town? Not only that, they treated me like family and I know that I would be more comfortable and it would ber easier coming back to the local dealership rather than take my chances with strangers from an out of town dealership. Great experience; from the moment that I pulled up until the moment that Mandy, the Finance Manager, Bryan Blair, the General Manager and Tiffanie walked me out the door.
